Administration Department
The staff also provides utility billing and collection services for all City utility customers. 
City Hall is located at 30 E. Broad Street and houses the offices of the Administrative departments. A meeting room is located on the 4th floor that provides a meeting area for civic functions and meetings. The Council Chamber is located on the first floor, and regular meetings are the second Monday of every month at 6:30pm.

customer accounts, payroll, human resources, accounts payable, taxes,
and building permits.
