Camilla, a full-service city, offers a wide range of services to its citizens that requires the expertise and talent of a diverse workforce. The Human Resources Department coordinates employment-related services and programs to assist all City Departments in developing and retaining a well qualified and effective workforce. The City offers competitive pay and a benefits package, which includes annual leave, sick leave, health insurance, retirement, and ten paid holidays. Employment applications are specific to the position advertised; therefore, if you are interested in more than one vacant position, a completed application is required for each position.

We are not accepting in-person applicants at this time. Employment applications can be completed  electronically or printed and returned via U.S. Mail to Human Resources.  Applicants are encouraged to read job postings carefully to ensure applications are returned in the required format. Resumes in lieu of a completed application will not be accepted. The Human Resources Department is located on the second floor of City Hall and office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
