As a full service utility provider, we proudly offer our customers electrical, water, sewer, solid waste collection, internet, telephone and cable services. The Customer Service Department is located on the first floor of City Hall at 30 East Broad Street. Business hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and staff can be contacted at (229) 336-2220. Emergency restoration service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
